You'll be the friendly voice of our store, helping customers with questions about sizing, orders, returns and anything in between. You're patient, a clear writer, and you genuinely enjoy helping people.
• Excellent written English
• Calm, kind and solution-focused
• Organised, with a great eye for detail
• Experience in customer service or retail is a plus
Content Creator & Brand Ambassador

Do you love fashion and feel confident in front of the camera? We're looking for stylish women aged 50+ who'd love to create photos and short videos wearing our pieces, sharing honest impressions with our community.
• Natural, warm and authentic on camera
• Comfortable filming with your smartphone
• A genuine love for fashion and style
• Social media experience is a plus, but not essential
